Hello Neighbors - The following update is from your Board of Directors as well as from our exceptional committee volunteers working to make our community better.  Congratulations we made it through the high season!
1.  The construction moratorium is officially lifted as of May 1, 2024.  The moratorium will be back in place on December 15, 2024.  Please disregard the bottom of page 31 of the 2024 Colonade Directory.  The moratorium is in effect for 2024.  For our new comers the 2024 Colonade Directory is on the website at  You can make copies of the Directory on your printer.
2.  If you are making renovations please complete the Colonade Approval, Renovation & Compliance (ARC) form on the Colonade website and return it to our property manager at
3.  On May 6, 2024, the Colonade will welcome our new part-time maintenance technician, Tim Espey.  Tim will work 5 days per week from 8am to noon.  He will perform maintenance and cleaning on a planned schedule to improve our community.  If you have maintenance needs outside of your unit please continue to complete the maintenance request form found on the Colonade website and send it to  Maintenance request forms are prioritized every Thursday based on safety concerns and funding availability.

Found under Forms is the Mandatory Guest Parking Registration Form.  Please print and use as directed on the form when  you have a guest parking overnight.  Residents may not park overnight in guest parking between December 15 through April 30.  Also, no cars may park in street parking between the hours of midnight and 7:00am.  Please follow the rules to avoid towing.
Emails - Please make sure you let Guardian know if you change your email address.  Emails are now being sent thru the CINC system.  Please make sure that you check spam for communications coming thru to your email that state  donotreply@cincsystems.
To access the Web Portal at Guardian, you can go to the Documents and Forms Section on this website.  The link is provided for you at the top of that section.   For those who are registering into the web portal for the first time at Guardian, you will need to click on the register button first.  Once you click on the register button, you will need to fill in the information requested.  You MUST use your Colonade address when registering so that the system can locate you.  Once you complete the form, you will receive a password to the portal.  Please save this password.
Those who have already registered need to input your user ID (your email address that you used to register) and password.
Once registered you can see your own accounting file.   Board members , if they so choose, will have access to specific information such as current financial information.  The system is being updated so that in the future you can see more detailed information such as detailed history of your payments
